Three Keys to Closing Deals

Just as the adage “many are called but few are chosen”, it’s also true that starting a negotiation is no guarantee of a successful closing.

Every successful business transaction requires a level of give-and-take among satisfied parties.

This is not always easy to achieve, but here at Real Estate Matters, we believe in three primary keys to helping our clients achieve their goals:

  1. Follow up and stay in touch. Negotiations have been known to fall apart. That does not mean that there will not be another deal with the same parties on the horizon. If there is mutual comfort and trust, that next negotiation should go to close.
  2. Deliver on your promises. If you say you’ll do something…just do it. It’s the best way to build credibility and TRUST. 
  3. Do something nice for someone. Every day doesn’t have to be a payday. But when you’re focused on the needs of others, it’s amazing how much will come your way.
